Everyone is kind to each other and there's respect. We also exercise team work makes the dream work, everyday.

They created a climate that made our work fun and makes me excited to go to work every single day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is we are expected to treat everyone with respect. There's openess and negative and rude people are not allowed in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Quality Analyst I think we have the lowest compensation in the industry. I think a pay raise or allignment will be fair since we do so much. I'm not trying to belittle anyone but QAs have skills that agents doesn't have so I think it's not fair that we have the same comp as them.
