I haven't been working here that long .. I'm just about to reach my one year anniversary next month. I am looking forward to it. I am excited to contribute to the overall goals of the company and sharing my knowledge with my peers.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been working for TKU for about 1 year and 8 months and the experience has been positive for the most part. Working from home long term has been a great blessing. My coworkers are great to work with and we have been a TOP TEAM numerous times. We have a great mentor in TL Billy Bocek

People first culture is demonstrated. The culture of the company is demonstrated during town halls and events

my co workers, the task that I perform, feeling like I make a difference in people's lives

We are constantly helping one another and are always looking out for the best interest of the team with regards to making the stats
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well there has been new updates on policies and workflow .. the job has become more time consuming. More work involved for the same amount of pay
What makes you most happy at work?
working from home has been a blessing. We don't have to have additional expense for transpo and meal or have to get ready to go to the site
