Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope they can improve the benefits when it comes to eye check up and ophthalmology that would give us free eye glass. Medicine reimbursement for the employee and their dependents.

I hope they will also get to have a medicine reimbursement especially with the situation we have. Vitamins and medicines are necessities now. We need to make sure we have enough vitamins and necessary medicines.

i am hoping that task us can include the medicine reimbursement for those employees who has senior citizen dependents as it will be a big help for us like me. our pay as quality analyst maybe not fair but i hope they can provide or give additional benefits.
