Ever since Al Sese stepped down as our VP in LWT, our feedback doesn't matter with the current management, I remembered that one of VP Al directives is to resolved the issue within 48 hours, now they won't even give you any update with your concern

iCare is the worst HMO in the Philippines and the food forward is crap

Listen. Provide option for work from home. Low salary for the type of job. Add free juice or tea. Add sugar for our coffee. Add hot chocolate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management and power trip by higher management, when we have feedback during our annual survey, our OMs and SOMs are blaming our TL for not knowing our feedback towards TaskUs. So what is the point of having a survey
