I really enjoy my time here, while I would prefer to get more days off throughout the year (no actual 'sick' time, it is all unplanned time off which isn't what sick time is supposed to be, forcing us to use our vacation time for something that isn't a vacation.) Communication issues are also common

Definitely the most diverse workplace I've been in for a while
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the 401k benefit that is provided; not usually seen in entry level jobs
What makes you most happy at work?
Very laid back for the most part, and I'm (in my perception) quite good at my job
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall a better sense of their surroundings; too much noise pollution while others are trying to focus on their jobs. (Some people work best in a silent environment, myself one of them, and certain coworkers are ignorant to how much noise they make.)
