Deceiving. They say one thing and do the other. PAY IS REALLY LOW.

STOP RTO. Give better compensation increase.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
stop RTO. WFH works. The pandemic isn't over yet. Dont push it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listening. we have given them all the feedbacks we could give but they will simply brush them off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
2% increase for 2 years. Need I say more? 20-30% increase of what I currently have would be reasonable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They take everything too literally. They need to understand the changes that our client wants, the rationale behind it and all.
