What makes me happy at working is the idea of working from home. I love my team as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With my team we're very united, we always care about the other's issues, or sometimes we deal with a hard customer but we're always supporting each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an agent I feel we are a valuable part of the company, we sometimes have to deal with terrible customers and we should be rewarded to put up with these people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the idea of working from home, I save money on food and transport. Working from home the salary is enough to cover personal and household expenses. Working from home the time is enough to cover other things and save energy as well.
