Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Here in Frontier, people on GY shift has a transportation allowance. Morning shift like us need that too. Everyone is struggling because of the gas price hike we also need that kind of compensation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i think hmo and skill allowance. But i just want to raise the human project 3.0. I am good that it is now an annual increase but I think it should be better if we could submit our Passion and Purpose entries every 6 months since we could only get 1-2% for that.
