no human touch, they only think about the performance about the business, but what about the human rights? the company is doing great only the people in charge

here they are paying over 4000 just for customer services and in taskus the paid is 3200
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
is not only a job, we are humans not robots and have family and we get tire, we have rights

the paid is low since in another places they are paying 1000 pesos more, but still taskus is the best place to work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
they need to have the human touch like i said before we are not robots and also we are all equal no one is better then anyone
