So far I'm happy with how TaskUs hear out our requests and needs to encourage us in doing all our best everyday. I appreciate that we have a recreational area and we have free delicious foods too. We have areas to relax and a gym to release all our stress out.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
TaskUs is great, especially as my first BPO experience. I'm glad to be part of the company. Let's lessen salary disputes, and hopefully, we'll have a higher salary increase that could keep up with today's inflation rate.

Everybody is just honest and caring to one another. Non-toxic environment.

We're open-minded and always ready to accept other people's opinions and points of view.
What makes you most happy at work?
Salary Day, my Colleagues, my team. sometimes my work, and most especially the recreational area.

They stand by the company's vision and core values. I really like that they're "people first" leaders.

We are ONE. Our team ensures to push everyone to the top and be better in our personal life and work.

Taking more feedbacks from the teammates about how we feel working with the company and what are the things we think could improve the business/campaign.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The inflation rate in my country is eating up my monthly salary and since it provincial rate it doesn't suffice my family's needs so I think the company needs to keep up by giving us benefits and salaries according to the current economic status of PH.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a salary increase would be helpful. Or some improvement about the coverage of our healthcard. Like inclulding the procedure of removing a mole since my case is different, it's sometimes getting scratched accidentally and sometimes bled but the card doesn't cover this type of request.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work at 12/1 AM shift and by that time almost all public transpo in our subd. isn't available and so it's hard for me, a female, to travel alone at night waiting for a public vehicle to pass by. I hope the company would provide a shuttle service for free for those working on a graveyard shift.
