I think TaskUs is a great place to work depending on the campaign. It does not pay fairly, but I would recommend to a friend if they are not looking for long term stay.

We are there for each other and I feel comfortable in asking for help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happy when I have been well trained and skilled to take calls. There are times that the training of one hour is called being skilled. I don't agree and taking calls that I am not comfortable with does not make me happy at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our campaign has been growing rapidly. More employees have been hired and we have been given additional work/skills. I would think that with additional work being given to us and the campaign growing, that a raise would be happening. We are having to work more and there is no raise. Unfair.
