Great until recently. I would not ask friends or family to work here anymore.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the company and what it stands for. current management is a problem.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I couldnt afford them this year. we havent had a raise when we finally get one after 2 years its small change.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not being micromanaged. we are watched constantly. if our kpis are great dont say "but its not 100%" im not a robot
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team and teams around me. these people work so hard and many feel the same way about management like we are being spit on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are being Micromanaged and are being told "it wont feel that way if you do what you need to do" we are on a call the entire shift. good leaders dont micromanage. we also have leadership talking shit about teammates on social media. specifically Preshonda birrou on her twitter account. we're angry
