I have been with the org for the last 2.3 yrs and have seen a lot of great things and found a lot of things we can work on
What makes you most happy at work?
A warm greeting is all we need for a cold opening day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The polices are good with the BPO service but there is more that we can do further
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are awesome supportive and the best advisors to me with the diversity I can say I get a good view of world by there eyes
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture for BPO services in the org is indeed better then other org but there are a lot of imp things to cover like a better famliy insurance a better policy suits for employees personnel growth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The organization is indeed doing better, it could have done more like insurance benefits for family members like mom n dad and dependents as well as covering the employee is not only enough also we do not have a rejoins polices TU should think of doing it for people who want to continue studies
