Even if I am in a WFH set up, I don't feel bored and sleepy since my co-workers are jolly and support is supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were to base it from what is currently happening right now, like we are being moved from one LOB to another LOB, we don't have any additional compensation nor bonus
