Very supportive, and highly capable. They're also fun to hang out with.

I've received several increases that has allowed me to pursue my financial goals.

I feel accepted as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I feel supported despite my health condition.

Work from home but we get to meet in person a couple of times for work or to just hang out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are the most caring people I've ever worked with. No joke. The regular 1-on-1s really help with morale and keeps me focused.

It's much higher than what I was offered in a previous company. The healthcare benefits also helped me get the care I needed.

It's the people mainly. I like working with my team. I have awesome leaders who are very caring and considerate, without babying us.

Challenging, especially when we have shared goals. I also just generally look forward to working with my colleagues because of the support I get from them.

Interaction with my teammates and getting their support when you need it most. There's also an emphasis on mental wellness, and I've gotten great coaching from our Wellness & Resiliency team.

Supportive, genuinely caring, fun to hang out with, incredibly talented. I've learned so much from my team not just on being better at our job but also being better as a person.

Deeply concerned with your personal welfare. They are also very open to diversity and respects you for who you are. I also like the fact that our leaders also include women and LGBTIQIA+. Loving that representation!
