Its a great enviroment and I'm not only talking about my campaign. I just had the pleasure of meeting the VP for Cirrus and Jon. Amazing people. I like that the big people in this company don't forget we're all humans and want to work to make it the best experience you'll have everyday.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get excited that I get to work from home and work with an amazing team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very caring and understanding. They know we're all humans even if we're all behind a screen at home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They love memes. We love to joke around and we are very helpful towards one another. There's no drama or toxicness in this wokrplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a raise. We are the frontmen on the actual calls with the customers and in my opinion we shoudl get a raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The thing that stood out to me about the is company the most was that they will buy you groceries if you can't make it to buy enough that month or that paycheck. They also actually care to ask how are YOU (us) are feeling or how is the work day going. Its such a great enviroment to be around.
