I like that people are most kind and approachable, they are easy to be with and fun to be with also.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the basic pay should increase not only based on the merit increase, but as a whole company. With the price of commodity increasing from time to time, our basic salary is not matching to it already.
