My team that I lead and coworkers. The extra work that I do to help out others in my campaign

The team that I lead is the best part of my work. I push them to do the best and they show me that they can be the best.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is really no positive in the company. Feel like when we get to a point where things are good we get something different from management and are not honest with us at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The merit raises was a joke. They should be done on how well you do on your Self appraises . This would show how you are doing on a quarterly. This would give employees performance more weight then it not meaning anything like it is now. By doing this your Merritt raise actually means something
