Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The signed incentives were not provided on time and were not provided with the exact amount. Plus, the Finance Team is delaying this incentive even though it is their fault that they credited an incorrect amount. They did not followed the signed amount and schedule of payout.
