Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have work for Taskus for almos 3 years and they promise groth but only pick friends to move up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture is not what they told us in training the QA supervisor for Albertsons campaign is rude and bringing his old job rules, they told us that our core values were the best i have not seeing that yet, our overtime is all way pay late or pay the next week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the bonus should not be tax or the help for internet, QA supervisor is the worst persons for that position he is bringing Telvista rules to Taskus and he should be remove from that position or give him feed back that this is a new work place and should not bring his old job rules here
