My overall experience with the company through the last 2 years working there have been great. It great work environment, where people are productive and genuinely enjoy being there. My boss gives me and my team a lot of freedom to do what we see fit. I never feel like we are being micromanaged.
What makes you most happy at work?
having a sense of purpose, feeling valued, the availability of wellness programs, feeling engaged, working in a collaborative environment, having flexibility, and being in positive workplace culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They communicate well with each other and focus on goals and results. Everyone contributes their fair share. They offer each other support. They're organized and make the fun easy and interesting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Want a change or to do something new for quality analyst. No hike at the time of promotion also same percentage of appraisal . can not appear for a year even not getting hike.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In a respectful company culture, all are encouraged to share their ideas and opinions with the knowledge that their team members will remain open-minded and courteous. A positive work environment where employees treat one another with respect generally encourages high levels or productivity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Motivating others. They drive their team forward with passion, enthusiasm, inspiration and motivation. Invest time in the people you lead to determine their strengths, needs and priorities. As well as making us feel valuable, this will help me to understand the best way to motivate myself.
