Its great because we are working from home, though I'm worried with the upcoming RTO, because covid cases are rising again. I'm worried for my family, friends, co workers

Work from home was great, its difficult though to report to the office since in general all people that are employed are now alsoreporting in their offices

Pretty much I'm contented with my job because it helps me provide for my family and help me pay for my studies, though improvements are still there to work on, by I think we'll get there

It is still the same package ever since, not much have change yet

We were are asked to report to the office even though there still risk of Covid Pandemic

Even though my company is not perfect, it is still focused on the good of their employees, their still working on making things better for us

We can voice out our concern and be not taking against about it. We are welcome to provide feedback, suggestions and criticism to the institution so long that it is respectful and constructive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we have allowance and an RTO incentive though it only applies to those who are on the schedule where it applies, not to mine because unfortunately we got the schedule that doesn't have an RTO incentive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We did not get FA (client incentive) because we're on the regular shift (730am to 430pm) thinking that this schedule would be easy for teammates to handle because its on the normal hours but its not. Since most employees in general have the same schedule, its hard to get to the office, lack of trans
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Im not sure if the leadership team refers to my TL, but if it is I think he is doing a good job in taking care of our concern. Its the small concerns and things that counts, a request to go on UL if your sick, an assistance to file for an SSS Loan or even an assistance to sign something of a g-form
