on a large scale, I have no issue with the company itself my only concern is that please hear us out regarding the wfh set up because employees now a days prefer it more than the working on site where our safety and life are at risk plus it consume more money and time traveling from home to office
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO who lives abroad and american people have almost the same culture and beliefs same as the filipinos. They are very compassionate to their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a single mom like me we would like to be more compensated. than the others because we raise our children on our own and trying to save for their future.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe WFH set up is the new normal. Not only for the safety of the employees and also for them to be at their best individually and at work, WFH set up is the key where work life balance is present.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe with the WFH set up, we can still build a good relationship with our coworkers. Less time to chat with them inside the office, we are more focus at work or infront of the laptop with out someone who will chat to us while we are working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The employees will appreciate if they will hear their concerns when it comes to RTO. We prefer working from home not only for safety reason but also especially for a single mom like me who wants to give my best at work and looking after my son how to grow at the same time.
