I enjoy working with Task us but the concern is I have to travel daily from far and not getting work from home. As their are nearby employees who are on work from home. Spending extra amount for commuting. It would be great if i would be getting the opportunity to work from home .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
with lots of work pressure we are getting the same salary as equivalent to the employees who are almost free all the time in their entire shift.. Salary should me bifurcate as per the process which has work pressure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel biased going to work as their are employees working from home as i have to travel extra 3-4 hours for my shift daily . If employees who are nearby and still getting work from home why this is not asked by the people who are coming from so far. I feel discriminated coming from Dewas to Indore
