
I have been out for a long time adding the pandemic so I cannot comment on this with no interaction involved.
I am most happy with the current set-up that I am working effectively while Working From Home and seeing my family at the same time.
I just think that TaskUs can compete with what is currently offered compared to other BPO companies where the offer has a huge comparison regarding the basic, allowances and incentives offered.
With the rising costs for expenses and compared to other companies it would be nice to reevaluate the the salary and allowances offered. For example if an employee has perfect attendance a monetary perk will be highly appreciated.
