I was very happy when I joined taskus I was hiered by the collage now it's been 1year and 6 months becuase of the partiality and favotism I was not given a chance to speak or to take and promotion and after that when I became SME again becuase of the favroutism I was moved back to production .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They value the hard work and do not do partiality in the salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can not feel anything positive because they do not listens to you they just implement the things on you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing is best about this team, the worst is the Team lead knows how to put pressure and make you feel pity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
listen to the employee if he or she is telling you something you can be a good leader and people will want to work under you not like this .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If an employee is new to your team, start giving them equal importance and stop doing favouritism be a leader not just the Team lead with the rights in the hand.
