It's not as smooth as my initial perception. But I'm still content I have to be honest here-I think the company is great it's just that the management of our specific campaign that we are having problems with.

It has been a rollercoaster ride I'm still thankful for being a part of Taskus it's just that they need to listen more to what the employees need and be willing to take action or be willing to experiment at the very least

Constant communication heart for the teammates decisive leadership

Our team leader is doing his best despite the challenges(ex.technical difficulties)

When I'm able to function properly and I know that I have done my job diligently.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop implementing complicated processes like glowstick imagine having to wait for 2-3 weeks just to get a wet signature for my loan form

I think they are still doing what they could in order for the company to thrive-it's just that they could have done better for the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Additional allowance or better yet increase on our basic pay since the prices of almost everything have fluctuated not to mention the added risk that we're facing going to the site in the middle of pandemic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give the scope and line of job we're doing- I think it's just fair that we receive additional compensation (ex.additional 5k on our basic) or at least an additional allowance especially we'll be returning to office in the middle of pandemic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management on our specific campaign could have done better, should have cared more for it's teammates or at least could have been more transparent or approachable instead of just making sudden and abrupt changes that we're not sure if have been thought through.
