At first I am happy but recently I am not excited to go to work because of some aspects that affect my excitement, IT IS NOW BECOMING UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT TO WORK WITH,,,,,,I WILL LOOK FOR A COMPANY THAT I AM HAPPY AND WILL TAKE CARE OF ME

We interact in our daily life talking about everyday obstacles and happiness that makes us forget the problems sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
regarding on the CFA today it should be fair to all and there should be no limit on the schedule since all of us are going RTO already, and also maybe taskus should check the compensation of teammates since there are other companies who are providing much more benefits to their teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Giving a Final warning seems like an end to us, because we are not eligible for any incentives and perks provided by the company. Just like the scholarship and yearly incentives because of my final warning I am not already eligible. This should be addressed, thinking also to render my resignation.

I am literally tired on going to work now first NO CFA, ITS UNFAIR...2ND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EVERYTHING DUE TO FINAL WARNING, IN THIS TIMES OF LIFE ITS LIKE AN END TO US AND I DONT HAVE ANY MOTIVATION NOW SO THINKING OF RENDERING MY RESIGNATION. LOOKING FOR A COMPANY THAT I AM WELL TAKEN CARE OF...
