What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

TaskUs Texas. I can't say the same thing about TaskUs Anonas.

Be more considerate of people who are struggling mentally, physically, and financially.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Being an LXL has blurred out the line between personal life and work. Operations and the managers are demanding too much from us.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make sure that the LXLs aren't bombarded with so much work that they are deprived of sleep and their rest days. LXLs are working 24/7. It used to be fun until everyone abused us with too much work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Make sure that the LXLs aren't bombarded with so much work that they are deprived of sleep and their rest days. LXLs are working 24/7. It used to be fun until everyone abused us with too much work. The least the organization can do is increase our pay.
