it's a very open company, the administration people inform us what is happening, changes in procedures, and they always try to improve working conditions (as much as possible)

Everybody is very helpful, there is a constant push for improving your work and the company as a whole

In reality is a people first company, they cannot always provide what we ask for, but they always bring improvements

We do have goals and objectives just like any other work, but here we are helped and driven so we can reach our goals
