Colleagues. The tasks are not easy and will never be, but with the help of my colleagues. With their positive attitude, I know I can do this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraging. Yes, there are people who are challenging to deal with but at the end of the day, as long as we have respect with each other, any challenges are easy to address,
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm one of the new leaders myself and leading a group of quality analysts. Honestly, there are days that I want to give up as I'm overwhelmed with the tasks but my manager, including the previous ones kept me going. I feel so grateful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand how the probationary status works when an employee gets promoted. However the interim allowance should be based on the position. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the interim allowance but I think it would be a little bit more motivating if the allowance would be a little bit more .
