Company is overall awesome in terms of caring to their employee in various benefits. But we also need better compensation. How about 30k as package for a regular teammate? It does make sense because we help and care for the company to be better than other competitor. I just dont get why can't it be.

Overall good as far as I compare to my past BPO company. We need compensation increase at least 30K package for us to have better and sustainable life for daily needs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because it may seem to be not fair compare to other company that do the same thing but 30K is the package salary. I would like to have 30K monthly compensation because I love the company. Its the compensation that made me think again to leave.
