Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
For almost four years I enjoyed working with TaskUs. Each day that I come to work is a day full of learnings. I've met a lot of people who helped me improve my well-being and gave me reasons to stay. I love the scholarship grant benefit since I am a single mom and this helps me and my son.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The openness and jolly attitude of teammates. The "teamwork makes the dreamwork" goal and attitude towards working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The scholarship program for employee's children. My son is a scholar for two years no and hoping he can het the scholarship again this year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continue to inspire and encourage us to be the best that we can be and they conceptualize activities in which we can involve ourselves more.
What makes you most happy at work?
The appreciation of the client for our job well done and achievement. The inspiration that we have a family and we need the job for our family and future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The mentoring and coaching are done regularly. Our leaders check us regularly asking if we are doing okay and provides feedback so we can improve more and be the best version of us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The scholarship grant being offered to employees with children. Educational assistance is very important and helpful to families especially to children. TaskUs is becoming a part of the growth and learning of children.
What makes you most happy at work?
That we are able to provide quality service to clients/customers. We hear their issues and we look for resolution and ways to address these issues. The success of one is success of the whole team.

Teamwork makes the dream work and we always strive for excellence. Learning is a daily process and changes are consistent, we don't stop learning and we see each day as an opportunity to learn and improve ourselves.
