My trainees, my colleagues and my workload which gives me satisfaction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1. The amount. 2. The realignment that happened which increased my basic pay. This really tells you that the leaders care about you as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all receptive to feedback and work well together. We are never shamed for any opportunities we may have and instead, supported to improve ourselves continuously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazing culture. We will be working for most of our lives and I love that TaskUs made the environment comfortable for everyone to spend most of their years nurturing their skills and career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The sensitivity to your your being. We are all human and we sometimes need a break. I love that the leadership I'm under is aware of this and allows enough time for us to breathe so we can perform well.
