Mostly the compensation, I am able to make a living.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other companies with similar job / work, it is relatively lower. It would be great if there is an increase.

It's been years since the last alignment. And now with higher inflation, an increase would be appreciated. In addition, I've also hear that a new site within the same province / area has a higher compensation. I'm not really sure about this,
