Some are nice, some are neutral. But individual differences are well accepted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are ridiculously happy and accepted as we are. Hope the management will continue to improve and understand that there will always differences in characters, attitude and opinions and improve a much better environment for everybody to be comfortable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the event that the shuttle is no longer available we will have additional expenses for our transportation especially at night, where fare is much pricier. So one of the our biggest expense daily is the transportation. I am saying that that salary is not enough but it will be challenge.
