It's good. Just to be honest, the only thing that I am not happy is that the process of promoting doesn't need to be externally. It's better if the management is hiring internally and promoting the deserving people inside the account,. FGD sessions needs monthly to hear the voices of emp's.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The site itself. Very relaxing and also the utilities, they are very friendly unlike the guards that they are just serving us and doing their job. No hi no hello's. Very neutral.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are working now onsite, transitioning from work at home is a bigger thing. We are being paid the same amount before, even they are offering free shuttle services to employees its not enough since it was only offered to 7pm - 7 am daily. How about the late shifters like 8am and so on.
