Working at home. No distraction of bosses. No anxiety, no stress.

Make it all employees work at home permanently and provide annual increase.

I think it's unfair how our salary is different to other city. Taskus is not employee centered its always money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Low wages. Make our salary more competitive than others. Accept the new way of work which is Work at home.
