We dont set any bounderies we make sure we are all callibrated and trying to help one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are compensated too little compare to other company. Ive been staying in TaskUs and handled multiple account. Exerting effort for the LOB especially to the teammates. I think its time for us to get a good salart
