They are very supportive. I love that they interact and communicate and check their agents. They listen to what we need and want.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes if we are getting 2 cons, and with the need to reach and meet goals I believe that I should at least get a Monthly pay of 25K pesos. With the higher costs of living now, we need a raise. in my opinion.
