I enjoy working in this company due to the benefits. What I don't enjoy is whenever they make changes in our campaign and let us adapt to these changes in one flick of their fingers. They don't let us make some adjustments first.

just the payday even though its not enough for the needs of my family

provide us higher salary and pay us per hour and not fix our basic salary

Yes, as the compensation may be above the minimum pay, but it doesn't add up the workload they are making us do. I would feel better if they give us a raise in our salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't like it when they are flexing us whenever there's a queue that it seemed like they think we are robots and that it seemed like our team are the only ones working on queue and no other agents
