And it seems so different coming back to the office with new colleagues with different cultures, I hope TKU provides more initiative so that we can work on having the same culture and core values.
I feel that I am undervalued because if we are going to compare our basic pay from other companies, my basic pay is way too low compared to those who just started working in a BPO this year... I work in TKU for 7 years now and still my basic is lower than the newbies..it's so sad.
