Been working for 7 years and my increase in salary doesn't seem to compensate for my tenure, hard work, and performance.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of our colleagues were pandemic hires and most of the tenured agents resigned during the pandemic. And it seems so different coming back to the office with new colleagues with different cultures, I hope TKU provides more initiative so that we can work on having the same culture and core values.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am undervalued because if we are going to compare our basic pay from other companies, my basic pay is way too low compared to those who just started working in a BPO this year... I work in TKU for 7 years now and still my basic is lower than the newbies..it's so sad.
