Very happy with TASKUS so far, I love that there are many opportunities for growth, compensation can be improved, also looking forward to more and better HMO service providers. I am also hoping that TASKUS would consider a permanent WFH setup or at the very least a hybrid model .

We are always communicating via workplace and Gchat and talk not only about work but life in general as well

salary is no longer comensurate to the level of inflation that we are currently experiencing. additional allowance would help if not possible to increase the salary outright.

IS is very nice and always make sure that we get to connect at least once a week for updates and she has given me takss that would help my career growth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TASKUS makes sure to stay people-focused and keep employees well-informed of updates relevant to us. I love the wellness program which allows me to take care of my mental health and I love the ridiculously good culture.
