It was very exciting and challenging at first but now I think we hit a plateau, the higher team must do something about this.
What makes you most happy at work?
Developing my skills as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think it is alright.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think my coworkers needs to reach out to us the new teammates first because obviously we are intimidated by them and they should be the one to perform inclusion methods.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work time to stress ratio does not add up. I believe a higher salary should be implemented or if not, at least maintain schedules so that teammates won't have to adjust their body clock from time to time which indefinitely causes stress.
