The only thing that is making me stay with this company are my friends and the HMO benefits. If I find a company that will offer a competitive salary better that TaskUs, I'll grad that opportunity right away.

I am not well compensated as a Quality Analyst.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase upon getting promoted. I was promoted as a QA and have the same salary as a teammate, they just adjusted the basic pay. So basically every month I have the same salary as a teammate.
