It's good and I'm really happy that I'm part of this company. I'll be forever grateful for TaskUs for all of the learnings and opportunities I've experienced. If I'll ever leave the company, for sure I'll have a hard time moving on and accepting it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits and incentives for leaders would be great. Like maybe free vitamins, a better HMO coverage, or a good amount of salary appraisal every year.
