I have been here for 4 years and never once have I regret that I worked here. The culture, the company, my team mates are all very fun, happy and inspiring people to work with. Our higher ups are extremely 'people first' peeps.

The idle time wherein I can rest.

The transparency. I am always up to date.

The open door system. The fact that we can talk with our leaders with transparency.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HMO - to be able to use it to buy medicine. I have diabetes and the monthly payments is a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although, it's the same campaign and the work is similar, I am trained in almost all of the LOBs, from AI to Tech, however my pay is the same.
