The support is exemplary. The job might be very tough at time but with the help of each member of the team, we are able to perform well.
They are very transparent and are always open to suggestion if we have some. They are also considerate and thinking how we, as employees can be affected with every decision that they are making.
Being recently confirmed as a support, the update on the basic salary is definitely the best par for me. The job is tough but with the salary that can compensate it, it's definitely worth it.
Being able to do my deliverables on time with accuracy gives me the satisfaction that I am looking for which really makes me happy. Getting appreciation from the leads are just the icing on top.
As per my teammates, we do have the same goal which is making sure we are doing well on our job so the team will have a better performance, We are helping one another to do better.

The company is definitely open for everyone and the best paty is oppurtunities are fairly given to everyone as well. This is from someone who works in the company for 3 years and has been promoted from a teammate to workforce scheduler.
The HMO is one of the things that I am mostly greatful for since I am not using it always (which is a good thing), I can always make sure that I do have someone to help me take care of my health.
The camaraderie that the team has is fantastic. Everyone is open to help each other if they can. We also check with each other from time to time just to make sure everybody is fine. I definitely treat them as my work family.
The HMO as always since due to what's happening now, we really need it so I am thankful that me and my 2 kids are covered by it and no need to think of another expenses just to be able to make sure our health is regularly checked.
They are very involved on the issues that we have and offering as much as they can. They are also working on changes to help supports like us have the work and life balance. The job is indeed tough but with their support and being appreciative, it's worth it!
Since I join the team, I can definitely feel that even though your job is to support, there are still people supporting you as well. From TM to a WFM is definitely smooth since I was able to get the things that I need to know/do from the moment that I was hired. Still open and excited for new stuffs
