
I want to transfer to a different campaign but management did not allow me due to low headcount. I have the opportunity to grow in a different campaign but they did not allow me. It's not my fault they have low HC. They should have done preventive measure before so the TM will not suffer.
I miss the old TaskUs. Now this company is kind of client first before people. Our HMO in not reliable. They downgrade it. And most of the benefits and incentive for the teammates also downgraded.

I miss the old culture. Specially they said this company is people first company. But now the client is more important than people
The managers should allow the employees to transfer to a different campaign if they want and not to hold them or force them to remain in their current campaign specially if they want to grow and explore.
The skill allowance is not fair, specially content moderators are exposed to explicit/ graphic content. We are prone to mental stress due to this kind of media. Also the incentive is unfair if you reach top two the amount of the incentive is the same with the 3rd place.
