I am happy to have a job but as much as I strive to do good. The scores are stressing me and not being able to get incentives/less pay. RTO helped but it is so hard to travel. I love the benefits but I hope this is being looked into.

Making the job lighter to work despite of the queue or issues within the team/department
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with is making me look at the positive side of the queue. Not bored as I get to engage with teammates in person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have been cross trained for different LOBs and we haven't received any additional pay. The incentive goals are hard to reach and been with the company for 3 years and still the same salary. We're considered as T2 agents now.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less leadership from the TL, working on site is so difficult from the time of shift and my home location. Please let other Teammates have a time to work at home despite of them not being included in the % of eligible Teammates. Less pay and having to commute everyday is tiring. Rotation on WFH.
